1.  You will never have to call to schedule your home maintenance again. We will set everything up, send out reminder emails, and take payments without you even having to do anything!

2.  You are now able to have your house washed, and your windows, gutters and solar panels clean all year round with just the click of a button!

3.  Since we will be maintaining your property on a regular basis, the jobs won’t take as long, so we can offer deep discounts to you!

     4 times per year: 25% Off

     2 times per year: 15% Off

     1 time per year: 10% Off

4.  You will receive priority in scheduling. Since you are signing up for a recurring schedule, we can schedule your jobs far in advance. This means that, when we get really busy, you will already be on the schedule instead of having to wait several weeks for us to get to you.

5.  We will provide a 7 Day Rain Guaranty for your window cleaning service. If rain dirties your windows within 7 days of getting them cleaned, we will return at no charge to touch them up for you.

6.  The customer 3.7% convenience for paying with a credit card is waived for Members.
