An industrial grade concrete sealer will help to prevent cracks from the freeze-thaw cycle, and provide greater protection against stains and discoloration, and mold, making your driveway or patio look great and last longer.  It adds an invisible layer of protection which protects your concrete from weather exposure, water, grease, oil stains, and abrasion. Depending on the type of concrete at your home, we can apply either a penetrating sealer which will last 5-10 years, or a topical solvent based sealer which will last 2-4 years.  This topical sealer comes in a low sheen or high sheen wet look.  Think of it like waxing your car, putting on sunscreen, or applying Scotchgard to clothing.

If you choose to have Master’s pressure wash and seal your concrete, we will do it in two stages.  First, we will thoroughly pressure wash the concrete surface, and then, a day or two later, when it is completely dry, we will come back and seal it.
