In the 21 years I’ve owned this home, I have never received such a high quality of work nor the attention to detail as I received today. Kelly arrived on time, surveyed the work to be done and quoted the price up front. The job took a little over 3 hours. Before accepting payment, he double and triple checked each window to make sure they were spotless. After he left, I could not find one spot, one smudge, or one particle of dust on any window, screen or track nor was there any residue left on the ground from cleaning the gutters. In addition to his excellent work, Kelly maintained a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. I would rate my satisfaction an A+ if I could. Thank You!!!!
I hired Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning to do some gutter cleaning. Since we had such bad rain this February, seems that my gutters had piled up with pigeon droppings, and parts of their little apartment complex they apparently created on my roof. Since I have a two story home, it is too much of a job for me to climb on a ladder and complete. Scheduling was a breeze, price was very competitive and reasonable. I believe it was Kelly who had come out and cleaned the gutters at my home in Natomas Park, and he did an excellent job. Was prompt, and straight to the job. Bagged all of the debris and properly disposed in the garbage. No debris or anything dropped anywhere along the ground for my dogs to wreak havoc in.
Masters Window Cleaning is always on time, thorough, and professional! They take time to clean my country house dirt-grimed and fly-specked windows perfectly, and all the spider- webbed screens too. I have used them for many years and will continue to do so!
We were incredibly impressed by the two master employees that came by and cleaned our windows & gutters yesterday! The phone/internet quote was fast and easy, the guys showed up on time. They worked very hard, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I say this because our gutters hadn’t been cleaned for 3 years and our windows and screens hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. Our windows all look amazing and they washed the house and sidewalks down from the mess the gutters caused. Read the Yelp reviews… Called Brian to ask for him to visit to give me an estimate as the job was very big. 5500 sq/ft gutters had never once been cleaned. Very, very tall house… so the second floor gutters are at least 25ft high. Also asked for a power wash of the cement roof tiles, as parts of the roof were becoming moss farms. Brian and his team arrived at 7:30 and did not leave until 7pm. The house looked great. Windows, roof, gutters… all clean and looked great. And best probably of all, there was no mess. Everything that came out of the gutters and the roof was gone. Highly recommended.
I just bought a home in West Sacramento that had a prior rat infestation along with a lot of remodeling. The windows and tracks were filthy. When Kelly and Brandon got there the job was supposed to take about 1 1/2 hours. I left and came back, and when I saw the windows in the front of the house glistening I was so ecstatic! I did not know windows could shine like that! Needless to say, because the windows and tracks were so dirty the job took almost 3 hours to complete, yet they only charged me what they quoted me over the phone. I will definitely use them again!
Just had Master’s come out and clean my windows today. Kelly was on time, very professional and honest. He did a great job, he was able to clean windows I thought didn’t stand a chance. He was also great with my kids, who insisted they watch his every move 🙂 When he was finished and I had paid, he came back and said he thought he had forgotten one of our side windows. I was very impressed with his honesty, I’m sure there are some people who would have just driven off check in hand. Needless to say, Master’s has won my trust AND my business. I have already referred them to my parents who are in search of a window cleaner. I highly recommend them!!
My wife and I hired Master’s Window and Gutter Cleaning to clean all of our gutters and interior and exterior windows. We have a two-story home with very high second floor gutters and high ceilings requiring ladders for a number of windows. Brian and his partner did a FANTASTIC job on all of it. After they washed all the windows, they walked around and did a bunch of touch up spot cleaning. They even walked around with a little razor blade scraper tool and scraped little spots off that didn’t come off with the initial scrubbing. They spent as much time as it took and ended up staying till near dark, until all of the windows were perfect. I highly recommend them! I wish more businesses followed Brian’s example of customer service and quality work. We’ll definitely be calling them again next time our windows are dirty. 
I needed a thorough window washing, inside and out, of our mobile home. One phone call for estimate, speaking to Brian and hearing his efficiency, I was ready to schedule an appointment. He came early even on the scheduled day and worked quickly yet efficiently. No streaks, no missed spots, shiny and sooo clean! I will definitely use Brian again as well as highly recommend him!
We have an older rental home and haven’t had the windows professionally cleaned in decades. I called Brian to arrange an appointment. Brian noted that some of the windows were the original aluminum frame windows and asked us not to expect miracles. However, the end result was AMAZING! The glass glistened like new! A great service, with a customer service attitude that says we are not leaving till your happy. Brian and Tim the new employee he was training arrived on time and were ready to get going. No standing around or preparation time, it was ladders up, squeegees out let’s get going. Our home has a LOT of glass, and I must admit some of it is not easily reachable so it gets ignored. Brian and Tim washed the windows, and washed the screens, the window tracks etc. When Furniture needed moving Brian did not hesitate to help me and Tim did a great job for a guy who is new to the profession. There is an art to window washing. They did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I would and will call them again for window cleaning. If I had any suggestion for improvement I would post it here. I must admit I don’t.

We were in a bad way, and without Brian’s dedication (rain or shine) I’m not sure where we’d be. Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning is a wonderful company; I would highly recommend them to others! Now this is why I joined Angie’s List. After much frustration trying to find reliable local service contractors I took the leap and joined last week. The very first contractor I used was Master’s Window & Gutter Cleaning and could not be happier. Very fast response to my initial enquiry, and followed that up with constant communication, even a ‘day before appointment’ call just to verify. They arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment and got to work immediately. Very polite and friendly, efficient and quick with their work AND the icing on the cake – they cleaned up afterwards without any prompting. Service came complete with candy and fridge magnet, what more could I possibly ask for.
Brian was awesome! My gutters were backed up and I had water coming into my house, downstairs and upstairs. I called Brian around 2 pm and explained my situation, he came to my house that evening and started to clean my gutters in the rain and while it was getting dark! Brian did a great job cleaning the gutters. He originally thought the job would take 3 hours, but stayed 7 hours to finish the job including filling 20 bags full of leaves and hauling them out to the street.
Master’s Window Cleaning did a terrific job clearing all of our gutters and downspouts. I really appreciated the fact that they cleaned up the sidewalks and lawn where the debris from the gutters had fallen.
