We usually price residential house washing jobs at 17.5 cents per square foot on a one story house, and 20 cents per square foot on a two story house.  This price can increase if we need to move a lot of outdoor furniture, potted plants, or other things away from the house. So, a house wash on a two story 2,000 square foot home would be around $400. Our minimum price for a House Wash is $250.
